  • Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our inventory of party rental items or using our short contact form.

    Start by selecting the date of your event from the date picker at the top of the screen.

    Next, Shop through our inventory of items that are available.  

    Once you've selected the items you need for your event, proceed to checkout.

    We'll arrange for the items to be delivered to your doorstep or event venue.

  • In the event that party rental items are damaged during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

  • When it comes to receiving your rental items, you can expect them to be delivered 1 to 3 days before your event. This timeframe allows for proper preparation and ensures that everything is in place for your special occasion.

    We will reach out before the delivery to double-check the details with you and to confirm the exact delivery schedule.

  • We offer delivery and pickup in Savage, Burnsville, Eden Prairie, Shakopee, Prior Lake, Lakeville, Apple Valley, and other surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, call or text us at 612-284-1510 to check availability.

  • Delivery Policy

    Delivery and pick up hours are between 8am and 7pm. Additional arrangements can be made for pick up or delivery before or after delivery and pick up hours. There may be a fee for hours outside the delivery and pick up time frame.

    Please note that we do not provide delivery services to Airbnb (or similar) locations or public parks. If it is discovered after reservation that the delivery location is an Airbnb (or similar) or a public park, the order will be subject to cancellation.

    We will contact you via phone call or email on the prior to your event to arrange delivery times. Depending on the size and type of your event, delivery can occur anywhere from 1-3 days before the event. The specific delivery day is at our discretion. If you have specific requests for delivery days or times, or if your delivery location has certain time constraints, please let us know. We are generally able to accommodate these requests, but additional charges may apply. Please note that if your event date is still some time away, we can only provide an estimated delivery day.

    Our delivery vehicles are box vans. If there are any obstructions over your driveway such as arches, wires, or anything else, please inform us in advance. We are not responsible for any damages caused to non-DOT compliant obstructions over your driveway. If necessary, we can unload at the end of your driveway and charge a distance fee. The distance fee is $50.00 per 100ft, with a minimum charge of $50.00.

    If your venue requires pick up on the same night as your event, please inform us. There will be an additional charge for late-night pick ups. The charge will vary depending on the size of the rental order and the required pick-up time.

    Pick Up

    All items are the responsibility of the customer listed on the contracts and quotes.

    All items must be wiped down after use and before pick up. Chairs and tables are expected to be free from excessive mud, and debris. A cleaning fee of $0.50 will be charged for each chair and table that is picked up and requires extra maintenance and cleaning.

    Chair Arrangement: Chairs must be neatly stacked on dollies for pick up. Please follow the instructions on the sticker on the back of most chairs for correct stacking. A fee of $0.25 per chair will be charged if chairs are not stacked or are improperly stacked. Non-padded chairs should be stacked 50 high and padded chairs 25 high.

    Staircase Delivery: If the delivery and setup location involves climbing more than a few stairs, please inform us in advance. If we encounter unexpected stairs, we will adjust the bill accordingly. If informed beforehand, we will provide a quote for the extra time involved.

    Cancellation Policy

    A 25% down payment is required upon reservation. Please note that this down payment is non-refundable.

    If a cancellation occurs within 20 days of the event, a charge of 50% of all items will be applied. Orders will be updated to reflect 0.5 billable days.

    If a cancellation occurs within 10 days of the event, a charge of 75% of all items will be applied. Orders will be updated to reflect 0.75 billable days.

    If the truck has already been loaded (trucks are typically loaded the night before the event) and any item or the entire order is cancelled, a 100% charge will still apply.

    Please understand that we are reserving this equipment specifically for you, which means we may miss out on the opportunity to rent it to someone else. As such, our charges are non-negotiable.

    Pop‑Up Tent Use & Weather Safety

    Pop‑up tents are intended strictly for shade and light sun protection. They are not designed to function as shelter from wind, rain, storms, or any other adverse weather conditions.

    The customer is responsible for monitoring weather forecasts and conditions throughout the rental period. If wind, rain, or severe weather is expected or begins to develop, pop‑up tents must be taken down immediately to prevent damage or injury.

    Any damage caused by weather, improper anchoring, or failure to remove the tent during unsafe conditions will be billed to the customer at full replacement cost.

    Setup: Unless otherwise agreed upon, we do not set up tables and chairs.

    No staples, tacks or pins can be used to attach your own things to any equipment. Any damage will result in a charge to fix or replace equipment.

    No tape can be used on anything except for the under sides of tables. Any damage will result in a charge to fix or replace equipment.

    If delivery location is not easily accessible, is on a hazardous road, or in a location where large trucks do not usually go there can be an audit to the final price.

    All obstacles in the way of setting up the rented equipment need to be removed from the area, that includes tree branches that could be a hazard to the tent. We are not authorized to touch or move anything that could be in the way. If the clearing of the area takes more than 10 minutes there will be a $10.00 charge for every 10 minutes after the first 10.

    Damage Policy

    1. Normal Use: The customer is expected to use the items within the scope of normal use. Any damage resulting from regular wear and tear is not the customer’s responsibility. It is the customers responsibility to notify Bold North Event Rentals, LLC of damaged items.
    2. Negligence: If an item is broken due to customer negligence, the customer is liable for the replacement cost. Negligence includes mishandling, improper storage, or reckless use. Bold North Event Rentals, LLC is not responsible for injury from negligent use and handling of equipment.
    3. Weather Protection: Customers must protect the equipment from adverse weather conditions. Leaving items exposed to rain, extreme heat, or other environmental factors may result in damage. Damage from weather will be charged to the customer at the full replacement cost of the item.
    4. Prompt Reporting: If the customer discovers any broken or missing items upon receipt, they must immediately notify us. Timely reporting allows us to address the issue promptly.
    5. Weight Limits: Folding chairs have a 250 lbs max weight limit. Customers are advised to make other seating arrangements should the need arise. Bold North Event Rentals, LLC is not responsible for use outside of the manufacturers guidelines.

    Indemnification & Liability

    The customer agrees to assume full responsibility for the safe and proper use of all rented equipment. Bold North Event Rentals, LLC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses arising from the use, misuse, or improper handling of the equipment. By renting from us, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bold North Event Rentals, LLC, its owners, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses—including attorney fees—resulting from the customer’s use of the equipment or from conditions at the event site. The customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for ensuring that all equipment is used in a safe and appropriate manner.
